· Abstract Submission

In order to encourage interdisciplinary exchange, we will adopt a single-session format with all oral presentations taking place sequentially in one auditorium.  With this in mind, we expect to have about long oral presentations, short oral presentations and  posters. However, the posters will be an integral part of the symposium, and dedicated time will be set aside for full participation in the poster sessions.

Authors are invited to submit a TWO-PAGE extended abstract in English.  The Program Committee will evaluate all abstracts and decide the assignment of abstracts to long oral presentations, short oral presentations and  posters.  The abstract should briefly describe the research objectives, methods, and key findings.

Abstract submission deadline is Februry 16, 2026.

Authors notified on status of abstract (full oral, oral + poster, poster) before January 30, 2026.

· Paper Selection and Publication

All authors are invited to submit a full paper to the symposium.  All submissions are for conference presentations and discussions only (authors should indicate whether the paper has been published; if published, citation information may be provided).  Full papers should be submitted by July 31, 2025.
